崇明智能生态园区的花卉供应商中，位于Hexing Village的Mega智能花苗基地，具有近100000平方米的高度自动化种植线。它每年生产约2亿幼苗。

截至目前，已有25家中国国有企业集团在世博园区及周边地区注册了55家企业。中国宝武钢铁集团公司和中国商用飞机集团公司在当地设立了集团总部，中国核工业集团公司、中国铝业集团公司和中国华能集团公司等9家大型国有企业在当地设立了区域总部。
