科创人才服务中心位于张江科学城企业服务中心内，将以“为专业对象提供精准化服务”为宗旨，打造符合科创人才引进需求的一门式受理全通专窗。聚焦人工智能、集成电路、生物医药三大核心产业，创新科创人才服务机制，探索制定科创人才认定标准，中心将全力支持“中国芯”“创新药”“智能造”“蓝天梦”“未来车”“数据港”等重点产业在浦东新区集聚发展。

官方居转户的政策中对积分没有任何要求。两者并没有什么直接关系，没有积分依然可以居转户口。现在申请居转户的人数太多，为了适量调控，从2016年底一些区申办居转户的时候要求提供120积分通知单，“徐汇”、“普陀”、“嘉定”、“宝山”、“松江”都有出现过这种情况。其它区暂时没有出现过类似情况。
